비오는 날 뛰면, 왠지 더 멀리 뛴 것 같이 느껴진다………..대신 오늘 같은 날은 춥다. –;

이틀 연속이서서 몸이 무거웠지만 결국 나갔고, 평소처럼 이틀 연속일때는 좀 줄여서 3km만 뛰고 싶었지만 4km넘게 뛰었다. 조그마한 승리들.

비맞으면 무거워 지니까 물 흡수 안하는 옷만 입고 나갔더니 나중에 제대로 춥더라. 방에와서 샤워하고 바로 따뜻한 유자차 한잔했지.

또(!) 간만에 뛰었다. 지난 주 월요일이 마지막이던가?

뛸까 말까 계속 고민하다가 몸이 다시 무거워 지는게 느껴져서, 그리고 요 몇 일간 내가 좀 작게 느껴져서 뛰지 않을 수 가 없었다.

오늘의 목표는 5km를 뛰는 거였고, 다 뛰었다.
물론, 중간에 숨을 쉬기 위해서 어쩔수 없이 400m + 100m 정도 걸어야 했지만… 걷더라도 한번도 멈추지는 않았다. (무슨 5km뛰면서 full 마라톤 뛴것처럼…)

마무리 운동할때 보니까 살짝 다리가 풀렸더라. (warm up된것이 아니라 힘이 빠진..)

그래도 땀 좀 흘리고 나니까, 좋다.

Even though the openess is good for the community or the overall human beings, sometime I thought the companies would/should think of opening their intellectual products as a kind of “social donation”. Therefore the company may not have benefits from “locking-in” the user or customers, but doing good for the society. Like the generous donations they make at the end of the year.

On the other hand, I believed that the openness should benefit the companies in some ways. Since, if not, I figured this many of companies would not do that. But could not fully understand why.

In that sense, the article wrote by the Jonathan Rosenberg at Google helped me to understand why the openness is important.

It was a long article, but worth my lunch break.
